Accelex Appoints Mike Maganja To Lead North American Client Success Team

Accelex, the data acquisition, analytics and reporting solution for private markets investors and asset servicers is pleased to welcome Mike Maganja to the team. Mike is joining as Senior Client Success Executive, North America based at Accelex’ Toronto location.

Mike joins the Accelex team from SS&C Technologies where he has spent the last 10 years servicing clients in hedge fund administration and, most recently, playing a key role in supporting the growth of the private markets business. He has managed client service teams – in Toronto, San Francisco and New Jersey – responsible for the successful delivery of SS&C technology platforms providing a range of alternative investor services. Mike’s client role typically begins with the sales process, through implementation and onboarding, and then managing the ongoing relationship to ensure service excellence is maintained across all client touch-points.  In his new role Mike is responsible for delivering client success in North America reporting to Kevin Jennings, Director, North America.
